This is where the nervous system and manifestation meet — not in magical thinking, but in embodied capacity.
WHY REGULATION IS ESSENTIAL FOR RECEIVING
To manifest something new, you need to feel safe enough to let go of the old. But change, even desired change, can be dysregulating.
- In Regulation, you're able to hold both desire and uncertainty with steadiness
- In Activation, you may fixate, chase or push
- In Depletion, you may resign, withdraw or believe nothing is possible
- In Overload, the idea of change may feel paralyzing or unreal
In short: your body must feel safe enough to receive what your mind believes is possible.
