In Regulation (Ventral) — You Manifest from Alignment, Not Desperation

In Activation (Sympathetic) — You May Try to Manifest Out of Urgency or Lack
In Activation, the system is in fight-or-flight. The Law of Attraction can feel like a pressure to control or fix, often fueled by fear of not having or being enough.
- Vibration: Frantic, perfectionistic, controlling
- Narrative: “If I don’t do everything right, I won’t get what I want.”

In Depletion (Dorsal) — Manifestation May Feel Hopeless or Inaccessible
In Depletion, the nervous system is collapsed. You may feel too numb or exhausted to imagine anything better. The Law of Attraction can feel out of reach — or even irrelevant.
- Vibration: Low, disconnected, shut down
- Narrative: “Nothing I do will make a difference.”

- Supportive practice: Start with micro-desires. Focus on what would feel 2% better right now — a warm drink, soft music, dim light. Gratitude for small comforts is still powerful attraction.
In Overload (Freeze) — You May Feel Paralyzed by Possibility or Pressure
In Overload, the system is flooded. You may feel overwhelmed by all the steps needed to change your life — or fear that you’re too broken to create anything new.
- Vibration: Fragmented, shame-filled, frozen
- Narrative: “Why even try? I’ll mess it up.”
- Example mindset: “Everyone else can manifest except me.”
- Supportive practice: Ground through the senses. Feel your feet. Take 3 deep breaths. Speak gently: “This is a moment of dysregulation, not a reflection of what’s possible for me.”
REGULATING BEFORE YOU VISUALIZE
The most magnetic version of you is the most regulated version of you. This doesn’t mean you have to feel perfect — it means your body feels safe enough to believe in possibility.
Before practicing the Law of Attraction:
- Check your state: Are you grounded or grasping?
- Regulate first: Use breath, movement, or somatic tools to return to presence.
- Then attract: Visualize, journal, or affirm from a place of embodied peace.
